Yep, also you still use the word Zara but be in the gray area, as just using the word without any reference to clothing or without putting their official website/logo in your profile you would be safe I guess..but I doubt they are concerned with the legal aspect of it anyway as it's probably some guy in Bangladesh or some third world country doing this

look at @nike.influencer doing the same 21k in two days. If i do this and promote the page on another fashion acc with 15k, is there any chance that if the new acc gets banned my 15k acc will get banned too bc of the same ip

they will just warn you to delete or take down the accounts I guess. trying to arrest or make action to all of the account creator would be so hard.
don't use it, it will be a sure ban. try to do it with new accounts or accounts with low engagement or followback ratio
I checked the account and others with brandname + influencer on it. Most of them are own by the same person like the Zara and Nike I guess the owner buys a likes comments followers etc. that's what I guess based on my observation on different accounts with the same and different contents

Yep, I think the same, just to give to the page authority. It's the only way. Then, he buys some mentions, likes and that's all, snowball effect haha.
But it's amazing how people can be so stupid to follow that accounts... I guess he is targetting kim kardashian fans hahaha

The page is just blowing up.. gained +100k followers in one day. 174k followers and still going strong. Im sure hundreds of people have already reported the page but its still alive. Maybe this kind of content isnt forbidden on IG after all.
as I mentioned before. maybe he's just buying followers to make it look like legit. check his other account nike.influencer, it was posted an hour ago but it became viral without any hashtag or even follow. how come people will see his post without anything
