A fake page called @zarainfluencer went viral with their campaign. They are "looking for influencers" and urge people to repost their page and it went viral. In just this night they gained 15.000 organic followers. The page is growing extremely fast, see for yourself.

However, there are people copying it and this method is getting saturated. However i still gave it a try and you could too. Think outside the box and be creative with this method.

We are in search of 100 fashionable people who have a social media presence.
You will receive monthly packages of [BRAND]© clothing and accessories
a season before the public for free! Your only job is to wear and post.

REQUIREMENTS
•A minimum of 200 followers
•Follow [YOURPAGE]
•Repost this image to your story and tag us

WHAT YOU'LL GET
•Monthly packages of [BRAND]® clothing/accessories
•[BRAND]® Gift cards
•Social media exposure via our @[Brand] page

So do they use their own brand or other popular ones?
 
It's a fake page using Zara's name. You can try any other brand.
 
Ah I see, I thought maybe they have their own clothing brand theyre promoting with this at the same time.

However, what a page with these kind of followers can do to monetize?
 
Looks like some influencers or wanna be influencers really have no clue...
One page has 30k+ followers and another one 100k+ followers.
Crazy. They may get shut down anytime soon, though.
 
I wonder,
What if the page decided to change it`s name to let`s say XXX Brand...

Would anyone notice it? (ofcourse they delete all the pictures prior to changing their name)

OMG since i wrote the post the page just went from 85k followers to 103k. crazy..

No surprise it's blowing up. The niche is helping...
I would not generalize usually because it is not smart but, take a look at these "fashionistas" or shall I say, wannabes...

What if it gets reported to the legit Zara account and they lose the account? Then it will be all for nothing.
 
I tried this with CPA in NL.
It worked, i gained 10K, but IG disabled my account.

The other part, i Said when people want to signup , they need to go to link in bio, do the landingpage offer and they Will see a form to log in.

It went crazy, first hour 7$, then it growed with 3$ a hour. But when we reached like 20$ a hour the account went disabled...

If it doesnt did it, we maybe Made 2K in 2 days...

if I were them, I would delete all the posts and change the name immediately and made it to my own account:D Instant fame! :P

The most amazing thing here is that you already get those mentions for free from thousands of people with over 200 followers.

Burn and churn it. Monetize the page before it's too late.

105k now! I would cringe hard if they lost it all before monetizing or changing it:eek:
 
Can they really change their name and just start fresh with 100k followers? Isn't there a follower limit, after which you can't change your name, just like facebook pages do?

Haha, good one! I'm not sure it would work or all of BHW would be famous influencers already :D
I don't think there are limitations to name changing on IG... Right?

It's 50/50 I believe, sometimes you can change your name and get away with it, other times Instagram will still be able to catch on and disable your account.
