Just promote some kind of fiver related offer on your website. Like Fiver Marketing tool to get sales ect.
I don't think this would be counted as legit. By doing this you are just wasting freelancer's time and effort.

A better way to do this is to use the buyers request section on Fiverr. Post your website or video link with a short description, then you will get sellers visiting your website or video.
You don't need to message them one after the other, Fiverr can easily detect you are spamming its platform and block you immediately.
By using the buyers request, the sellers will come directly to you.
TIP: Ensure you make it clear in your description that they should visit your website or video to better understand what the job entails.
You can do this on niches that have lot of sellers like logo design, website design or article writing services. That way, you will have many sellers messaging you.

Yes I have seen someone use a BOT on Freelancer.com for this.
He keeps posting with new account, a simple job post to replicate a specific website. This can be tweaked too. Use the link in a job board asking people to apply. You will get decent visits. You can have CPA offers listed on the website.

so why hide common sense haha who is gonna go thru the content locker b.s. just to look at and review your site for potential as a client? they will know you are acting in bad faith and just close the browser and probably run a A/V scanner just in case, imho.
if anyone does this and it works, i would love to know, i’m skeptical but people have fallen for worse, so who knows.

I don't think this will work as untill and unless they watch 50% of the video.

Well this method makes perfect sense with one caveat. Those clicking your site will have Ip4 and ipv6 data center IP addresses, as most sellers on fiverr are in the middle east. Google mainly only count local traffic. It won't work for local SEO.
It may work on youtube, as I think they only count how many views, and I don't think youtube log your IP and where it's from.
Well but if your biz is not localized, and it's a global site.
But do know that you can hire microworkers and they only charge like 10 cents, 20 cents usd a click, and I bet you message seller and stuff cost more than that. And you can buy a million context link on fiverr for 5 to 8 bucks, if you bargain the right way. It will be garbage backlinks, but you can use GA ranker pro bot or something similar to weed out the trash
But if you only target a specific geo region fiverr sellers, it could be relevant. So e.g. your project is a USA project and you only target USA fiverr sellers, and better yet sellers in a particular locality. It could work
