The only problem is that not many sellers on there will dedicate their time to watch a video or to analyze a website before you've paid them to do so.

Sorry, but it’s a shit method. I work with freelancers from Freelancer and Fiverr almost daily. They won’t bother to do anything you are thinking, like clicking ads or anything like that. They are smart. You will just get useless pageviews, if that’s the goal, sure. Also, views from India, Nigeria, Pakistan. And for YouTube video, lol, you will get a extremely low retention that will do more harm than good. Sorry, just being real here. And this is not new, seen this “method” years ago. This is more like a TBN forum kind of post, get 0.001 with Adsense just posting.
