Hi BHW Members, this is a method that I'll no longer use since it takes time & I already found ways to make same results much faster. Enjoy!
Requirements:
1- Money in Etheruem (sorry you have to invest on this one, something like 2-5ETH depending on what you're flipping)
2- Time (you need to search for underrated domains)
3- Patience (you need to wait for someone to buy, takes from few days to weeks or months)
You interested, then let's start:
First you need to understand what you are flipping, google is your best friend to learn more about this, simply put ens domains are decentralized domain names built on the ethereum blockchain.
so for example the domain name for blackhatworld in web 2.0 is blackhatworld.com but in web 3.0 on ethereum network would be blackhatworld.eth (already taken), but it could also be bhw.eth (which is surprisingly still available
).
As we all know, crypto world is all about scarcity, so the most expensive ens domains would be celebrities, big companies, etc. but all of these are already taken, and you'll just waste your time if you try to look for them. But there are other unique names like 3 numbers (000 to 999), also known as 999 club, that still go for high prices, like currently the cheapest one of them is sold for 10.95 ETH ($20,249), what people usually do is bid on these, the lowest bid now is 7.06 ETH ($12,938), and then they list it for floor price, if it sells that's a (10.95-7.06)*0.985=3.83 Eth ($7201) after the 1.5% selling fee (no fees on listing). Now keep in mind the market is not very liquid, for example last one sold from this category is 879.eth, bought 2 weeks ago and sold today for $4865 profit.

Of course not everyone have or want to invest $12k, so you can simply explore other categories, there is the 10k club, English verbs, names, etc. but these don't yield that much compared to the 999 club, which makes sense since in this category there is only a limit of 1000 unique ens domain (10 to the power of 3), but there is also another similar category that I personally focused on, still underrated and made some big flips on it: the 3 letters. Now you'll ask how is that unique when 26 to the power of 3 is 17576....well not all of them are unique, but some of them are and they go for as much as the 999 club, and sometimes for even higher, and a LOT of people still not paying attention to them.
Here's latest big sales on this category:
xin.eth --> 9 Eth
crv.eth --> 8 Eth
gho.eth--> 4 Eth
tea.eth --> 5 Eth
ofc.eth ---> 5 Eth
xgo.eth --> 3.2 Eth
luc.eth --> 3 Eth
There are a lot of sell but these are the 3+ Eth sales for the last 2 months.
So my method was focusing on high value ens domains that are underrated, so what I try to look for are 3 letter of a name & 3 letter palindroms, and the perfect example would be bob.eth, hits both criterias but even if you bid on it you'll not get it because the owner is not interested in selling like you see bellow, 15 Eth but he doesn't care:

Keep in mid that bob doesn't is not only a name, but it could be used for something else, like a bank name (bank of boston), the more value you can find in a name, the higher the targeted buyers ---> the higher the price.
Here's some examples, lil.eth sold for 13.33 Eth:

dad.eth 8 Eth:

and the list goes on, the only issue are these probably not going for sell, so you need to look for something similar that is already listed for sell, then you decide how much you want to bid on it, usually i bid around 50%-70% the price I'm going to list it for, so if I think it'll sell for 8 Eth I bid a minimum of 4 Eth, and hopefully the seller will let it go.
I won't do your homework but this one on the house, ziz.eth listed for 9 Eth, 3 palindrom & short for the name Aziz, it could be also a short for a company name or something else but I didn't do the research.
Now for me I know that I can sell from 8 Eth to 15 ETH, but the price also depends on how long I want to hold it for, If i feel like locking my Eth for months, I'll list for 15 Eth, but If i'm looking for a quick flip of few weeks then I go for 8 Eth, so I would usually bid between 4 to 6 Eth.

There are many marketplaces but I prefer using ens.vision, and keep in mind, when you bid your ETH si not locked, meaning that you can still use it anytime you want, you are just giving the marketplace the authority to do the transaction for you IF the seller accepts your bid. This allows you to bid on multiple ens domains at the same time.
Now this is my own strategy, most of the time I double my investment, but you can find your own strategy if you're looking for less competition.
I can answer some of you questions but I'll not do your homework.
