I found this method accidentally and have to say it's kind of black. You don't need to do it if it makes you feel uncomfortable. But at least it works for me.
A friend of mine told me a good place to get very cheap Kindle Ebooks a few months ago. There're those Russian guys who managed to hack amazon for its Ebooks. I don't know how they do it but it ended up like they are able to give you any Ebook file you have a link from amazon site for. It's just a zip file which has all the book content in it. It can be copied to your kindle and read like you bought it. The prices are insanely cheap. For a book selling for $50 bucks or so, you can get it for like 10 something bucks.
Of course I didn't believe it at first. So I picked a couple of books, and let my friend send them an order.
I picked those newly released books so there's no way to get from old files or something.
After a day or so, I got download link for several zip files by email. When I opened those, I can see those are .mobi files for each book. Each file is 20M or so depending on how many pages the books are. There was some instruction in the email about how to open .mobi files in your kindle. Actually it's very simple, just copy and paste to /documents folder in your kindle and it's there. All books are perfectly opened and in full length. No pages are missing or error format or anything. Just like buying from Amazon itself.
Since then, I had placed a few orders with those guys. Of course I shared the method with some of my friends who are regular Ebook buyers. Everything went smooth and we're all happy for what we got.
About 2 months ago, they emailed me of their 'new marketing plan', to offer good commission for any customers I can bring in. I guess it's because I've introduced a couple of friends and they see the potential in it.
It's 50% commission for any new customers I bring in.
I don't want to disclose the exact numbers here but I can say selling 1 Ebook will earn you a few bucks, typically.
It's not tons of money but if you work hard, it's not so difficult to sell 10 ebooks a day. We all know since last year, amazon is selling more Ebooks then physical books right? There is big needs out there. You just use some way to get to it.
I didn't work this as main business or anything. I just notify the news to some of my old friends, people I know in different forums/social networks, and so on. Also I changed my IMer signature because I have bit lists out there. Since this is not a very white business as I said at first, normal SEO or PPC might not work. It's better to focus on your friends and people you know. Niche websites could be great places to get started, such as different forums. because for each forum, there is a must-have book list and people would love to know a way to save some bucks. You can even try offline ways if you think you can get some intentions. Be creative.
The beauty of this method is, once someone has bought one Ebook from you, she/he'll never leave you. You're like the big coupon out there she/he must go to. So you'll earn more and more once you have more regular customers.
As for payment, they pay weekly by Paypal. There is no minimum pay or anything. If you only get a few bucks, you'll get it.
Last month, I've made $732 with them. It's not so bad considering I didn't do a lot of work.

Like I said at first, this method is not for everyone. If you don't feel comfortable about it, just leave it alone. But please don't judge.
The only reason I want to share this is I've watched so many methods everyday which are totally unreal for beginners. We need to pick some method solid, not selling dreams while competing with 1000 other guys. You'll never be successful that way.
