I searched the keyword flipper on a Chinese search enginee. Flipping head, I found a bit mad method. The author was selling courses of course but she/he mentioned you actually can use bots to fake users visits using IPs ... Then you data looks good and sell the site at higher price on Flipper
There are a lot of ways you can do many things like keep a site for 3-6 months drive bot traffic T1 build some free & cheap links boost the seo metrics. That should increase the price maybe I cannot confirm that haven't tried that.
This method can create a long-term website with a proper strategy that you can sell for more but maybe not on flippa.
I found it better to invest time for such a thing instead of creating a spun website.
Better to go with a 9-5 work to get a few bucks, invest in your IM journey, and build something sustainable.
Yes you can create quality website and grow it. Selling on flippa or anywhere else for more or a good price will totally depend on the traffic and earnings of your website. Unless you have those 2 you wont get good offers with a high price.

Third, I can not believe how many people think it's easy to do this.
If you are going to sell on Flippa, one thing is for sure, people will not buy BS spam sites, period!
Maybe, just maybe 1 out of 10 sites...
With this method, you need to grind your ass to get to $200/week.
I'm not saying it's impossible, just putting things in their place.
Plus, with all the new Google updates and the fact that Google wants the search to focus on quality, the fact that spam sites are increasingly penalized is a huge question of how much you can REALLY do with this in '21.

You are wrong here completely BS sites that bring bring no real value are the one ones that sell on flippa.
Over the years this has been the case. $200 a week was the minimum estimate I got from my recent experience on flippa & fb groups.
I know most people love quality & hate crap but if you see most marketplaces that sell any type of services BS services sell more.
Majority of the crowd loves to buy cheap (they may rant after getting no value out of the purchase ) But this method is not about bringing value rather selling what can sell more in less time.
Truth is if you do this method full time you can earn much more than $200 I wrote it $200 minimum just to avoid replies like yours. If I was grinding my ass on just flipping websites who will manage my Rankerx link campaings generate AI content using conversion ai and another content generator and sell those
useless web 2.0, pdf, bookmarks, web profile backlinks. Who will setup 50-100 instances of ubuntu vps to mine crypto explioting a loophole to get access to free trail VPS fo0r a month or two.
You reply is just like those people who keep debating on social media and other community sites on the shitcoins what value they bring. Reality is the are shitcoins no real value but people make money with them.

I have applied some filters there you can change it as you like these are mostly those starter sites that don't generate any traffic or revenue.
Another example are those automated news sites and those travel affiliate websites just embedding a hotelscombined booking form they have been selling for years. The sellers just change the theme an design in most cases and sell them.
Regarding the google crap and updates that doesn't hold here because I am here to sell something that's easy to sell and has a demand.
Regarding your 2 cents as always you are forcing your views "do it the way you should" because I am doing it exactly the way I should. At the end of the day it's the money that matters. If people are ready to buy crap links/crap websites I myself and people like me will continue selling on seoclerk, fb groups, fiverr, konker. If you will look in the marketplace also there are people are selling may services that bring no real value but they are getting sales for years now.
