These are basic things nothing tough use google and youtube to your rescue. People are getting pregnant searching on the web just use the search feature you will get all answers.

I have used only .com domains until now and would prefer nothing else than a .com or.net.

One time for all domains hosting cost $20/year Host koala SSD premium hosting Directadmin control panel.
For websites listed on flippa $15 listing fee and 10% Success fee.

RETURNS: Got slightly more than 2X of investment.

So coming straight to the point here is the method:

Requirements:
  • Knowledge how to setup wordpress websites.
  • Basic English.
  • Verified Flippa account.
  • Access to any tool that you are aware of to create/rewrite/generate readable content.
The Method Summary:
  1. You need to select any broad and general niche let's say dog care or dog protection as an example here.
  2. Use your tool to create/rewrite/generate readable content.
  3. Create your website/blog.
  4. List it under starter website & earn your profit.
  5. These sites can sell from $80 to $150 or more easily.

For content I use multiple tools all free ones. Let's consider Conversio.ai here will be using free Trial 10K words enough to create a website.
Now what you have to do is find a similar blog/website in the same niche. Check the articles on the website and pick the ones to use on your website.
I am not going into details how to pick which posts you should choose. The forum has numerous guides where it has been explained how to do your niche research and pick keywords and topics to write.

Now you have the blog post/article that you are going to rewrite. Pick the headings and feed them to the AI and you will find yourself with a nice piece of the rewritten version original article.
It takes me 15-20 minutes to create 1 article. The best part in this method is you don't need to do a lot of research after you have already found a website to pick your articles.

Alternatively you can use any good spinning rewriting tool to produce readable content from target website/blog. Feed this version in chunks of 400 words to conversion.ai content improver tool and get your article.

Currently I am trying with a dropshipping project 30-50 products all rewritten with conversion.ai. Will list it on flippa let's see how this one goes.

You can easily create 1 or 2 websites in 2-3 days and put them on sale either on flippa starter section or facebook groups.
I have had success with this method since Feb this year and already sold 8 websites.

Investment is minimal you need domain, cheap host, & flippa listing & success fee (OPTIONAL).

I wish someone finds it of use to generate some startup cash.

I think this should work as there are Spanish and other non English websites also listed. But do your research by checking how many of those are sold use flippa filters to check sold websites
 
do you mean you're selling a website even it's not yet earning? Do people buy it really? Did you do some backlinking to the sites before selling them? How much to sell let's say 50 articles in it?

Have you heard about flippa starter sites?
Or have you checked the marketplace here where people sell those affiliate blogs?
If not you should check these you will know that there is a huge demand & market for these sites.
Just check the flippa links I have shared in my previous replies you can see how many of these sell everyday/hour on flippa.

That formula doesn't hold always as in this case where those are earnings of just past 1 month. You need to have a running website with 6-8 months of income proof to get 10X to 30X or even more sometimes.

for domain transfer / website etc.. also use ESCROW (dot com) - its awesome easy to use for money transfer in terms of selling digital.
 
one more question what if the auction ended and nobody buys it then you lost your $15?

It's your choice I don't include the plan in my listing.

I think flippa has 1 free relisting available for all listings, need to confirm this as they have changed a lot of things over years.
