Bro I have several questions
1. Can you upload older bluestacks that works with Bluestacks Tweaker?
2. When you register IG account using Dot Trick, if your account is blocked and asked to verify email, do you use the same email to verify?
3. Can I use my local IP (non US) to register accounts and then run those accounts via US proxy?
4. Do you keep Device ID,GUID,Phone Model,Google Advertising ID for every accounts you just made in notepad?

Noob here, i'm using proxies for my accounts through massplanner. Can you explain what you mean by saying "Run 3-6 account per proxy?" Sorry if its a stupid question, just don't want to get my accounts banned.Glad to know it helps.
VPNs consist of Public Proxies which would've been abused by a lot of people before you. The first thing I did was get myself a HidemyAss VPN subscrip for a month and I tried running accounts on them and I was getting banned almost instantly. Using VPNs to run Instagram is basically suicide.
Run 3-6 accounts per IP and then change it. Also change your Device ID/GUID/Google Ad ID/Phone Model each time you change your IP. I did this exactly for a month and it worked just fine.
So Ive realized I have a dynamic IP!!! So I try this method and use the browser to setup my accounts but I get the error, something has went wrong. Doesnt matter if I use phone number, email or what i put inside the info boxes. Im guessing its to do with the tweaker device id? Maybe unsupported devices? Same reason I couldnt install the app cause its not a phone?

OP, how do you change your IP? You change it on your PC by those iPv4 settings? Or are you using any external software..

PVA are bound to happen. It can be a lot of things, bad proxies, too much activity on a new account, IG wants to be a bitch, location and area change, etc.
A plug... Right now I make and grow IG accounts for my clients. I plan to expand the business onto BHW (in about a month or so), I'm going to register for a seller account but during the meantime if any of you have certain niches you are interested in, let me know. PM me or reply here.
