I have just the same problema with bluestacks, when creating the first account gives me that error.

Hey guys, if i create the 5 accounts on instagram from the same IP(my phone), how should i set up the bot to automate then? How should i run the bot? In my PC IP or should I always use a proxy to run the bot?

What I am doing now is buying cheap smart unlocked mobile phones with cheapest pay as you go data sim. Not idea for a large number of accounts but as long as they make more money than they cost to setup, its something

In the UK 10 years back there was a phase when 02, Vodafone, Virgin etc would send out free sims. You could even earn cashback for applying for them.
That would be a goldmine industry now, for sure.

You can still get free o2 sims. Get a free EE as new sims come with 500mb free data..

Virgin used to do some with free £5 credit on too, back then.
A guy I know who had a mobile phone shop also had a premium rate adult line, so he used to get these by the dozen and ring his own sex line to use the credit.

ASDA in UK is selling sims for 50pence, (about 50 cents US) with 10 texts 10 minutes talk and 10mb data. Great for PV and 10mb data for account creation is decent. Also they can be continued with a top up card for £5 a month (about $5 US) Now that compares to some proxies monthly rental

I miss the days where you could get a free month with a 5$ tracphones phone(then sell the phone for a profit ) . Those always had the best numbers. No blocks on eBay , no blacklists on social media , so on.
