I actually use Gmails with the Dot trick.
For numbers,if I get phone verifs ever,I have a private supplier. Emails,I use Gmail.

You're sure the IP is changing?
Use http://whatsmyip.org/ to check your IP change.
And,IPs aren't the only reason for bans. It could be your Landing Page links,Device ID,GUID,Phone Model,Google Advertising ID,Images Uploaded,Image Caption or even the Bio.
I use Gmails for these. Yes,the Gmails are all PVA. Can't escape those without verifying them ~

VPNs consist of Public Proxies which would've been abused by a lot of people before you. The first thing I did was get myself a HidemyAss VPN subscrip for a month and I tried running accounts on them and I was getting banned almost instantly. Using VPNs to run Instagram is basically suicide.
Run 3-6 accounts per IP and then change it. Also change your Device ID/GUID/Google Ad ID/Phone Model each time you change your IP. I did this exactly for a month and it worked just fine.

A few questions: I use a VPN service that I pay monthly for. Is that different than the HMA subscription you had or do you think they're still using public proxies?
What do you suggest as an alternative? A VPS? Proxies? Both??? I was thinking of Proxymillion for my IG accts.
How do I change my IP?
How do I change my Device IDs? I plan on running everything from my mac using Parallels to run the bots.

Yep,proxies are the way to go. Use a program like Proxycap or Proxifier.

Sorry for asking again OP! But i have a few more questions.
1. For the emails, do you buy them or do you have a method to create bulk PVA gmails?
2. For the IG PVA, how many accounts do you register under one phone number?
3. Same goes for gmail, how many gmail accounts do you register under one phone number?

I would hold on with the MP Account Creator for a bit. It's a little buggy. This method works brilliantly though.
1. I create Gmail accounts on my own. On the new IPs that I use. You get a Phone request if you've made many on the same IP or if there's unusual activity on the account(multiple logins).
2. I don't PVA my IG accounts. If I ever get hit by a Phone Verif,I only verify it if the account is worth it (got good following/engagement)
But I use the same number for 3 accounts.
3. I use the same number on Gmails until it prompts the "Number used too many times".

Damn. Try changing the phone model using the Bluestacks tweaker. Also,are you on the latest version of BS?
Good suggestion,seen a lot of providers using it to create accounts.

Heta mate, thanks for your reply. No i wasnt using the latest verison of BS, i downloaded one i googled which was rooted. Now i installed the latest version of BS, which says to be "BlueStacks 2", but i feel i cant use the BS Twecker because when i try to change the GUID or the phone model it gives some error. Are you sure you dont have to have a rooted version of BS?
