Meta verified Instagram ID picture not accepted !

Hi Friends,
Is anyone having a problem with Meta verified on Instagram?
After payment I sent you ID both ways and it was rejected 3 times.
in the second time I've changed mobile device but without success.
The information on Instagram name, surname and birthday are the same as in the document, the profile picture is mine and as it required !
Now the payment is refunded.
May I know how long times need to wait to apply again ?

How long times takes refund process because I am unable to reapply its been 3 days that is appeared refund in process...

Could take up to a week maybe? Standard business days are 3 to 10 so not sure how Meta runs things. Got any emails or anything like that?

I got meta verified but I never complete the payment.

Always error payment failure try again.

My payment method is Gift card appstore.

I have many accounts all failed only one I done verified.
