Meta Payout Verification Stuck for facebook page

Hi everyone,

I am looking for advice or a solution regarding the Payout Verification process for Meta (See screenshot) I have set up my payout account, but my verification status is stuck on and i'm not company i'm individual, someone has a solution please!

I think you need the correct payment image and valid ID. But sometimes the system hangs and the verification remains pending even after submitting all the information. If it hangs for too long, try adding the card again or contacting support which may help.
 
i sent already ID and bank statement but i'm blocked with this step and already contact the disgusting support meta but i received random robotic answers
 
It seems this issue is happening to quite a lot of people recently. When the payout verification gets stuck like this, it’s usually a processing delay on Meta’s side rather than a problem with your account.
 
Have you tried removing your payment method and adding it again?

I have encountered this case many times. If even when changing the payment card and facebook profile to pay but still can not, you must contact the meta support team to pay manually by meta

Make sure your ID, address bank info are correct. If its still stuck after a couple of days, contact meta support.
 
Meta payout verification gets stuck a lot, especially for individual accounts. Sometimes it updates after a few days or when you re-upload the docs. If everything is correct, it’s usually just a review delay on their side.
 
Try switching your account type to “Individual” in Meta Business settings, then re-upload your ID. Clearing cache or using another browser sometimes pushes the verification through.
 
I’ve seen similar issues happen before. Sometimes Meta asks for additional verification, and the review process can take quite a while, especially on weekends
 
I had the same problem before, you can delete the old card and add a new one, the ID card is not necessary
 
If verification is stuck for too long despite providing valid ID and payment information, you can try adding the payment card again or contact Facebook support directly. Also, try changing the account type to "Personal" in Meta Business settings and reloading the ID, or clearing the cache/changing browser to eliminate temporary system errors.

You need to go to the support live chat, they usually respond immediately and can really help.

I recently encountered the same situation as you, some were approved after I uploaded all the information, some were not. And I switched to using a new account instead.

how can i switch the account? i didn't find the option
 
Recent problem is common, you can try deleting the card and adding it again, I did it
