Meta Ads for OnlyFans - free subs

Hey guys, I've launched Meta Ads campaigns for my OnlyFans models in the US and I have a pretty good cost per free sub.


The only thing is that I'm making far fewer sales than expected. I should be getting $6 per sub in revenue with a $0.40 CPA.


My chatters send a lot of mass messages, but they have a very low open rate (2%).


I am looking for someone who is doing something similar, with whom I can network and exchange knowledge.

Low open rate usually means your welcome message isn’t hooking them enough.

Low open rate on mass DMs is rough though. Are you warming the subs at all before hitting them with sales messages, or going straight in? Also curious if you’ve tested different intro flows or content types right after the free sub to boost retention and open rate. Sounds like conversion is getting choked after the lead, not the ad.

- What do you mean by warming up the sub ?
- I think our agency send mass messages right after the welcome message.

Yeah by warming I mean sending casual or engaging messages first, not sales right away. Like building a little convo or teasing content to get them to open and reply before dropping paywall stuff. If mass DMs come right after the welcome, they might feel too cold or bot-like.


And nah, can’t share Telegram here, but happy to keep chatting in the thread if you want to go deeper on funnels or message flows. btw you using paid chatters or AI for convos?

I had a call full of value with a guy of OFM Empire and we are going to improve first the profile in order that not everything is free in the feed.
Second we might have an issue regarding the chatting from what they said BUT we might have also a problem regarding the quality of the sub coming from the ads on Meta.

So we are going to keep doing meta ads but niche our model in order to have more engaged fans and focus also on the organic part.

Do you have any feedback on meta ads regarding the quality of the sub ?

Thats really really cheap, good job. But the 6$ thing you are aiming at is a bit unrealistic, specially if you are not on expert level of chatting or in general new in the industry. Maybe ltv will become 6$ in period of few months but hard to say.
 
How do you manage to directly advertise the onlyfans? I assume you do it with a link in the ad? If you want to exchange information I’m always available

Update : still getting a very low ltv while having a good cost per free sub.
We tried italian market and the Italian have generated twice the amount of the USA.

We are trying other kind of campaigns to check if we can get better subs quality. Most of the good players in this market are telling me that i have a poor ltv because of chatting and not subs quality. SO let's see

This is because you are likely using traffic campaigns, which send you pure bots that will never respond. Have you tried other campaign objectives?

how u doing fam, I need your tele. We are doing reddit and ig ads and got our own chatters. We are looking to get into Meta Ads so we both go things to learn form each other.
 
The problem is that you most likely have low-quality traffic. Try changing your creatives and making them more qualified in order to weed out low-quality audiences.
 
Are you cloaking the ads or is advertising OF accounts on Meta not restricted?
