Merchant account with CC payout

So i want to set up a small business with imported herbal meds here to start off with and when things go out of hand, go to the chamber of commerce etc. etc.

For the time beeing, i don't want to receive any generated cash on my bank account. But most of the gateways transfer funds only to a bank account

Therefore my question is, is there any merchant account available out there who also have a payout option to my Mastercard or Western Union?
