Merchant Account Required

I am selling online courses, Ebooks and PDF. Some of the content are copyrighted (well most of them). I need a merchant account to handle the payment, I can't trust Paypal (because paypal is not available in my country).

What are the easiest, cheap and reliable options? I will setup offshore later on, but not now. Any recommendation?

Stripe is not available in my country, and I really can't risk it with fake information. Also, I need something where I will be stay anonymous (registration with fake info, so I need to fight for verification and etc..)
