Try to open a new email and amazon account and then apply again. Amazon mass approved merch accounts about two months ago. The process seems easier now. Mine took a week to get approved.

just a suggestion, try making designs for seasonal events. Like father's day, mother's day. i am sure you will get sales by that. good luck on your business.

I got approved about 2 weeks ago. I followed some advice I heard somewhere, put this code in the additional comments box: #webinar
and put a link to an actual website. Helps if you build a store or something.
The only thing is I have room for only ONE design LMAO. tier 1. Awesome.
