Membership Site Start-up Help - Need Testimonials

Hello BHW...

I'm new here, but have been reading for about 3 months. Good stuff. In 2007, I had a bankruptcy and foreclosure and lost my brick and mortar business.

I then got into internet marketing and am making about 200K in sales doing various different things including adsense, info marketing, ebay sales, affiliate marketing, SEO consulting, and a term I coined called internet brokering.

The reason for my post is that I'd like some traffic pointers for a new membership site. I'd also like to see if anyone would be interested in doing a video testimonial in exchange for full membership to the site when it opens in 2 months.

There is about 60 Hours of internet training videos that teaches how I'm making this kind of money and it is all broken down by subject. I have income proof as well, so there is no BS here. You'll also get a 50%+ affiliate program, website, and hosting.

I work from home and do make good money, but I have about 50K tied up into this new project and I geed a block buster release. For that I'd like to get about 15 people to do video testimonials and would also appreciate any help in regards to traffic generation.

Here's what I have so far on the site. Yes, there is a lot here, but perhaps you're thinking of something I'm not.

Main Site -1000 Unique pages with Opt-ins and video on every page.
11 Niche Microsites with unique content (5 pages each)

2 Major SEO sites that we are targeting for top Keywords

30 Ebay auctions rotating with sales and automatic Opt-ins after they buy for $1.99

Affiliate program through Shareasale and 2 affiliate programs via infusionsoft

I'm working on Craigslist - plan on buying PVA's and a block of IP's for posting. Hoping for 200+ visitors per day from that.

Regarding SEO, I'm working on the links and I have a couple of scripts that build links for me 24/7, and some of which I found here that I'll be adding.
The membership site will be live in November, it is up now, but the member's area is being finished up. Basically, it is free membership site with One time offers and upsells to get them to go into one of the training programs that cost $1000.00.

Most of the marketing is dan kennedy style, information marketing.

Thanks in advance for your help. If you'd like to do a video testimonial in exchange for access, then we can work something out when it's been released. The video testimonials will not be on the main sales page but on inside pages after people opt-in.

If you're a NOOB, then the training will be very helpful. So far, I've trained 15 guys while making the training and they have all done very well.

Thanks for the offline tips.... When I had a brick and mortar business we did that often. ROI is poor at best because you can't get enough eyes on the target for what you could get online. We'll probably try TV and Radio if sales are good enough. Basically, to just get people to try out our free resources and get them on our mailing list.

We will be doing direct mail and webinars to upsell and close sales. It is a very solid system. But looking for some other angles I might be missing. Thanks for the tips though. I'll PM you when system is ready for launch to see if you'd like to do a testimonial.

This month, looks like about 13K in total sales. Profit about 8-9K. The income is broken down into 6 areas of internet income.

Information Marketing (selling Ebooks, Etc)
Ebay Importing and selling!

I have 15 students now, so as soon as I'm all set with the site, I'll get you a username and password and you can check out the videos and content. Only thing I need is a good video testimonial. Also, especially if you are already making money, that would help the testimonials as well. I'll keep you posted. Perhaps 2 months and we should all be set. Like I said, we've spent over 50K on the website, marketing, etc. So, high quality stuff.

I would be interested in doing a video testimonial in exchange for full membership to the site. I am too a Dan Kennedy guy and worked with him personally on projects as well as owned the GKIC IBA here in Charleston SC. I'm just setting up my membership site as well "Market4Millions" I have a strong background in business as well as coaching and have a "very" hungry list that we could use for your launch. Looking forward to a win-win like-minded business relationship.

My husband may be interested in this. At the end he can provide a video testimonial or anything else you need. He's not exactly new to internet marketing - as in, he knows the terms but hasn't really done anything he's read yet. So, I'm confident that with training he'll do well. It'll be a real rags to riches story that would make for a good testimonial, I think.

I currently use Infusionsoft and we can set up an affiliate link so that you get 50% of the sales. The first program sales, are pretty much almost free... $29.95 to get them in the door. Second round programs are $1295 and up. Lots of conentent, books, DVD's, membership area, hosting, turn key internet business.

So, if you have a list, I'll be willing to help you out. You others who are willing to do a free video testimonial, I'll PM you when we are almost ready for launch. I'm going to need the videos pretty quick, within a week of giving you access. The will be used on the sales pages.

When you say "full membership" are you talking about the $1295.00 and up level?

Yes, there is actually 2 programs. 6 Hours of basic internet training and then 8-10 hours of more advanced training based on subject. AdSense, Info Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Ebay Sales, or Internet brokering. There is a ton of information and proof of all my income of around 175K per year.
