He was on DP, now banned and hence no presence on the forum, but yahoo! has him cached!

It's a wild guess, but could his real name be R@hul S. ? His IP address would reveal his country... If so, then we can get to his address too.{Also if he has that other name, then I think he is still here on BHW under that name too, and his account was active until 03-28-2012}. His BHW account isn't banned and he is/was working for a SEO company too.. Hmm... HMMM...
So if "todd" has an Indian IP address then he and R@hul S. is same person IMHO.
Interestingly, he joined all those forums in Oct. 2012. Where was he before and as what? possibly he is an old member here under another forum name?
I think I can trace him to oXxxk too, and one of the above key-phrase, and his other registered name on BHW matches. Too many coincidences? If both todd and R.S. are same, then I can even trace him to his "S.S.Solutions" company, and then it would be an easy job to get 'home'!
Give up and refund, son. The world is too small.

OP, you must be having some chat records with him. If you have then please post some of his text on this thread. Even the other member who has also shitlisted that man can provide the samples of the conversation. If the text of the samples matches what I have then I would be able to pinpoint him, hopefully.

42 people replied to .i think this is close to a record. Paypal is not letting me refund him because's it's still under dispute. The option simply doesn't exist for me to refund him.

If this falls under a service, PayPal won't reimburse you. They told me that a week or so ago.

He can pay using other methods or using his friend's PP account. There are so many avenues open to him, other than PP, to send refund. Whatever... he must refund urgently.
PP members from India, for example, can obviously not send refunds using PP! Is that the case?

You have obviously screwed a lot of people here which is why they are speaking out against you. I honestly don't know why this guy is even being given a chance to stay on these forums when he is obviously dishonest.
