Essence Webs aka todd.anderson22 on Skype is a scammer. He contacted me via pm saying he had Facebook Fan Pages for sale. He showed the details of the page and insights etc..

He collected payment via PayPal and immediately disappeared off of my Skype. I contacted the FB page admin who then informed me there is no one by the name of
Essence Webs
Todd Anderson or
BestWeb Solutions (his PayPal ID)

associated with the page and he was lying. Just wanted to warn everyone! I will get my money back as Amex has never let me down but just a heads up for everyone else!

I had Sold him a my Facebook Page of IPhone 5
He Disappeared after getting the Admin Rights

He had asked me to Make him manager before he sends me money
A Red Signal for me
I made him manager anyway and 1st thing he did was Removing me from that Page

And I knew this was going to happen So i had my arrangements so i kicked his ass

Scams like these were common in DP looks like scammers moved to this place too
 
He is online now and Pm ed him to respond here. (24 Hours)
 
He is trying to contact me on Skype finally to make a resolution and refund me LOL. What a clown

i hate scammers - there slimy un-wanted rodents who deserve no mercy.
its funny when a scammer commits a crime on another person they think its great.
but when some1 scams a scammer or the scammer gets caught they go all defensive
with i dont care attitude.

the hammer departing from platform shit list will be arriving shortly
and will arrive at ejected street soon. please have your boarding pass ready.

i tried to refund him but paypal wouldn't let me because it's in a dispute process.
 
I filed a dispute with PayPal after trying to contact the seller with numerous emails and numerous Skype attempts.

As soon as I opened the thread here he tried to jump online on Skype and ask why I didn't ask for a refund.

Whether or not I get my money back is not the issue. Why should he be given a chance to refund me after he has obviously scammed other members as posted above?
 
if you cancel the dispute - you cant dispute again
if paypal find in his favor , its all down to him to issue
a refund as a manual personal payment

I am not canceling the dispute. Why in the world should I trust this guy to refund me?
 
Mods if you need any other proof I have screenshots of Skype conversations and emails.
