hi all,

keywords like "blood pressure monitor" are highly competitive and aggressive in nature. If we want to rank of these type of keyword then what should be the strategy.

the strategy will not change a lot due to the fact that it's in medical niche.

you need to identify what your competitors are doing, and outperforms them. That will be on various factors : backlinks, contents ... as if it was in another niche !
 
The strategy you have to increase your site authority and trust more than your competitors.
You have to build quality backlinks and increase your site On page performance.
For high competition keyword, you have to diversify your contents in high authority sites to get more traffic.
Concentrate on your niche sites and get backlinks from them.
Must do Infographic submissions.
 
Increase your backlink to your site, this the only strategy :D

These backlinks should be comes from very high quality sites that is also very important in all methods also promote your brand name in social media websites.
 
High-Quality linkbuilding is always a great idea. Check your competitors. As already stated, build your brand and domain authority. For faster results, delve into Adwords. Sure, you'll pay for clicks, but if your site is worthwhile, you'll likely gain customers. Make sure you have a general understanding of how Adwords can work effectively, before you start throwing buckets of money at Google.
 
Just follow latest google updates about seo and follow ,you will automatically rank
 
I would start with 30 strong and high quality PBN links to see how your keywords move on serps. Learn and continue from there.

Because medical niche is not playground for "all"if you know what i mean.
So basically I will not spill out to get all some knowledge and some one who will read to think "read imagine" that you can rock in medical niche.
 
That isn't a cheap niche, you'll need the money to buy some quality niche contributor posts on GOOD sites. You may also need to build your own PBN, which takes both time and money. The other SEO basics also apply, link variety etc etc etc... but you will need a good core of links. Which will require time/money.

For example if its on "Medical industry" present content about
* how to reduce fat in body.
* food habits to avoid fat.
* Advantages and disadvantages of fat in body
* How to control blood pressure in natural way, with some workout.
Before posting the take an approval from a DOCTOR.
