Adsense is best PPC so far as clicks from every country counts.
Media.net is very good if you have traffic from USA.
Secondly, media.net has no real time tracking, so you never know if they are paying you what you are actually earning.
If you have a huge amount of traffic then use taboola or outbrain.

I used Taboola once, but the CPC was something like 0.0002 per click. I tried Media.net 2-3 years ago, but that too was very poor for me. Unfortunately, in my experience there is no competitor for Adsense, but would love it if there was!
