Wow this thread has gone way left...I think overall climertech just wanted to get out a simple rant about poor customer service. It's not really about Mcdonalds and being stupid if you work there or the quality of people they hire. In fact Mcdonalds has created quite a few millionaires, a lot of the franshise owners were basic cashiers in their teenage years and worked their way to the top, several managers have degrees.......customer service is poor everywhere at all types of companies and position levels nowadays that's a fact....it has nothing to do with anything more than just that.
It's always just a better way to talk to people and always show people respect....I think that was all he wanted to point out.......

Some of those "stupid" people are doing better than a lot of of other people right now...and the "jailbirds" that work there at least are getting a chance to revamp themselves in life....give them a break, it's not just about fast food.
blame the managers if the upper level cared and didn't tolerate it then the lower level would care.
