I've got 2 major problems with MB Ingram:
1- These days, every time I login to my account, it will log out from websta automatically after few minutes.
2- Even before the first problem, I wasn't able to scrape using the advanced edition. For some reason, the bot would scrape the first page only (queue stops at 51) then it can't move to the next page. Instead, it would repeat the same first page over and over. I used to scrape with the bot before and I didn't got any problem.
I've tried to contact the owner through the support desk in his website but it seems that there isn't any support desk since every time you click the "Contact Us" button you will be back to the main website!
I've tried also to contact the support email but I got no response since weeks ago.
I thought that maybe the best way for me to solve these problems is to post about them here where I hope that tompots would notice it and find a solution for me.
