Maybe is my first step toward my dream

OK guys,so today i used my instagram page to notice my followers that i offerta services as a social media manager.I got 2 people,a Bakery and a roofs builder (i don t know how to explain in english)so now i REALLY need your help because this one can be my chance to start.They have instagram page and a facebook page.
What i have to do?Especially about FACEBOOK.
how can i manage their facebook page from my computer and how would you act to get them customers through Insta e facebook?
What would you do step by step for them?
