May anyone help this newbie ?

Hi .. I have decided to take action and begin promoting Clickbank products (Weight Loss niche) .. i have create a website for reviews an use PPC networks to promote it, after that i have created a squeeze page to collect name and and email, at the first time i have promoted this squeeze page buy using PPC (BidVertiser because i can't use Fb ads or Bing ads, they have blocked my Credit Card) but i had clicks and 0 opt-in .. and now i buy solo ads for my ssqueeze page and i have 40-50% opt-in but with a very low % of email click.
what i have to do please to change this bad situation ?

Well personally i'm not a fan on CB b/c of their checkout page is a bit scammy, but some ppl have a lot of success with it so don't let that stop you.

Good job on collecting the emails! I would setup a series of email responses (maybe 1-2 emails/day for the first week or 2 after they join your list) that promote your product/offer. Maybe sure you are buying from trusted soload sellers b/c many times they will fake the email opt-ins just so you see a high opt-in rate. But in the end it's just crap.

Split test between different texts. Try having very little text vs a more informative email. This is def. a saturated niche so good luck. Maybe cruise around on weight loss forums. Could even go a bit blackhat and scrape those forums and then email them your squeeze page.
