Maximum number of views/connection requests per day/hour

It's a basic free account. I'm using MP. I can't risk the account being banned. I asked MP support if I would be safe viewing 300 profiles and making 100 connection requests a day (9hr day). I purposely chose numbers that I believed were out of bounds to see if they would reign me in or had any idea what they were talking about.

Does anyone have better advice? Are the numbers they agreed with out of bounds as I had assumed? It would be awesome if I could crank it up to that.

So profile views 300-400 is your best bet
