I am sure many of us know the advantages of outsourcing to VAs for $3-4/hr. But what's the trade off ?
I will be working over the summer for 12$/hr. For every hour I work I can pay a VA to work 3-4 hours, thereby multiplying my time.
I have the choice of working 4 or 5 days a week.
As a newbie would black hat recommend working 5 days and using extra earnings to hire VAs/outsource work or take an extra day off per week to learn/write/create ect...
I have a few websites in construction and have some of the basics down.
In theory I can get a lot of extra work done by outsourcing and I will be working on IM everyday after-work and weekends regardless.
Wanted to get some opinions on pros and cons and personal experiences.
