The most interesting part of this video is around the 4:48 mark where he says they might be loosening up a little on panda. Nonetheless, it sounds like this summer is going to be interesting.

I think Matt realized he scared too many people. Now he is trying to calm webmasters down.
 
Innocent webmasters got obliterated by Penguin and now they want to make it worse? I don't listen to anything Matt says, he rarely has anything helpful to say and he's often full of shit.

Yes, it will interesting to see exactly what happens. Another thing that was interesting in this video is when he talks about the keyword "payday loans" and it sounds like they are going to manually curate some of these highly competitive search terms, I could be wrong, but this is how I understood what he was saying.

I my niche already start do it! Two EMD sites (parked domains) without any word of content, only advertisements (no adSense) are now in first page! The last 12 months this two "sites" was nowhere and suddenly last month they appear on firsts page! I own the .org EMD with 8 300-500 words 100% original articles. My site was almost to "nowhere" (position 500-1000) and now on page 3!

More like so many people in to SEO and digital marketing complain how Google tries to dominate in search engine industry. Panda, IMO, was good move because it kicks lots of SEO scammers out, but it receives lots of complain from webmasters because it has too many restrictions and rules to follow.
 
I was hoping he would be more specific about what's to come. Especially regarding links.

Experiencing the same thing in my niche. A parked EMD with no content recently got ranked #1 in the last week or so.

Matt Cutts = Head of Webspam prevention team

So if you want to hate on somebody it should be Matt lol
 
Guys, I also asked people on the white hat forums too, and wanted to see what the black hat guys had to say. How are you guys preparing for the new update or are you guys not preparing and hoping for the best.
