Matching Facebook profiles with e-mail addresses

Hello there,

I've quite a big e-mail database and I'm looking for a way to find the corresponding Facebook profiles linked to them. I know most of them won't have one or their searchability through e-mail won't be public, but nevertheless I would like to match as much as possible.

I've been (and still am) searching the forums with no luck.

Any ideas come to mind? I am a developer myself, so solutions that require coding are welcomed, I just have zero experience working with Facebook. Trying to massively Facebook-search from real accounts results in search-blocking quite fast.

One solution could be trying to login with the e-mail (random password)... If I am not mistaken, on the login failure page you should see something like '"[email protected]" is not associated with any Facebook account.' I don't know how many tests you can run before getting challenges like captcha but it is the easiest way I can see without associating your account to the 'abnormal activity'.
