You added hundred of accounts in massplanner, using with your laptop that probably not have more than 4GB ram and you expecting to run good?
Delete the acc and run only with 30-40 and will be fine

That has to be the most stupidest post ever. I wonder what is like to be the costumer support of MP. I can only guess is a hard grind looking at morons like OP who admits to know nothing of nothing and blame everything.

I know we all want fast support in this day and age, but its the weekend, and a sunday and you are complaining after waiting 1 hour for a reply from support?
I'd say it would be fair on massplanner to wait until monday morning at least. Hopefully they can either get the issue resolved OR tell you what you need to do in order to get it sorted.

Hey mate, I reckon your PC isn't capable to run Mass Planner. Couple hundred accounts might mean you need a spaceship to run all that craziness.
But don't worry ok.

Does that mean you're trying to run 200+ accounts on one installation of MP and a laptop? Are they facebook accounts? If so, MP hasn't "cost" you $200, you have.
I max my accounts at 60 per VPS/MP installation - and they are 4GB Ram with dual cores. I know some people that run up to 100 per installation, but I feel 60 is my sweet spot as my accounts do a ton of stuff, any more and it slows the VPS down to a standstill.
If you are trying to run 200 accounts on one installation, it's not surprising your laptop is crashing the software.
As for MP - they have brilliant support, up there with the best, but I don't think they work on weekends.

I wasted around 10k in all IG stuff, massplanners, followliker, other bots, accounts buying, shoutouts and other shit - what I can tell you that I wont repeat my mistakes and wont use IG anymore.

The problem was in my opinion because I wanted not 10/day journey but wanted to earn normal profit like 500/day and thats why was using huge volumes of accounts, many servers and failed many times with that damn IG security.. if you want to run 3 luxury accounts and 3 years to grow them - so its ok, I think more global
