MassPlanner made me waste $200+

so recently I bought MassPlanner and a couple hundred proxies for it everything was working fine until it started crashing LITERALLY EVERY MINUTE and reopening. IM FUCKING PISSED it wasted my time and money I won't gain back. It crashes every minute and then auto opens again making it unusable altogether. Can someone help me before I chargeback on them

Did you email their customer service?
They respond pretty quickly.

If your massplanner is installed on a VPS, they can log in and fix it for you.
Or you can send them your error logs.

Thanks, if they don't respond I'll reinstall it. It started when it made me log out and erased everything I had entered. I'm starting to think I shouldn't trust this program for income if it isn't reliable

I don't know how to use a VPS or what the purpose of them is. These aren't even regular crashes it will close and reopen quick forcing me to log in again

It is the best social media bot by far. Very reliable. They will help you in the morning for sure.
 
If your computer has shitty specs don't blame the program for the crashes.
 
You need to calm down man. It's only been an hour. Give them some time and they'll reply for sure. They have a very good customer support.

I literally don't know what the fuck specs is. I'm not trying to be rude but it worked perfectly fine until it erased all of its own data and then started crashing every minute. It was right after i added proxies.


Wtf is "specs"

The specifications of your pc.. like the cpu,ram storage and such.

A VPS is a virtual or "cloud" computer

You can install software like massplanner on the VPS so that it is able to run 24/7 without using up your data or slowing down/crashing your pc.

They are extremely easy to use, amazon offers a low power one free for a year.

It doesn't matter if you factory reset it or not it is the hardware inside your computer that might be shit it's like how you can't expect a honda to run like a ferrari.
