I noticed some changes, too, and I also saw another thread today about keywords dropping.

The Semrush Sensor showed 6.7 yesterday. Today it is back to normal, though.

Must be a fluctuation dont think there’s a new update, just add fresh content, backlinks and you should be fine

Massive drops are the norm pretty much every time there is a new Google update. You will see a lot of them down the line. Just keep doing what you were doing and the problem should straighten itself out over the coming weeks.
Also, it wouldn’t hurt to actually build some backlinks.

My rankings dropped with the last google update on a site that could be considered in a health-related niche. I saw a ton of keywords move out of the top 100 in August.
