Mass Proxy Server Setup

I am looking to rent out server space and start to host proxies myself. I am struggling to figure out where to source everything from and was hoping to get some guidance from someone with experience. I am willing to pay for the help I need. I currently operate a proxy company but we have to lease everything from middlemen and would like to be able to host everything myself and get off of relying on someone else.

Can anyone help with this or suggest a place I can get help?
