Mass Mailing Emails Tips

What do you think about getting 20 accounts on Gmass?

I mean you can send 10000 emails secured each day, and SMTP that is being used is directly from Gmail.

Please let me know what you think.

Sending more than 200 cold emails per day per address / domain will most of the time make you land in spam in the long run.

Sending from Google Workspace accounts is the best, not gmail.com, but sending too many emails = spam in no time.

Create G Workspace accounts, buy multiple domains, send from several domains, 200 per day max. And warm each account with tools like Mailreach or another.

How about sending from an Office365 email should the sending amount be limited? You are allowed to send up to 500 or more per day. What if sending 50 each till you get to the limit.

If you have a better idea about how to successfully send via Office365 please kindly give an update. Thanks

The maximum number of cold emails to send in order to avoid spam is not related to the limits of the providers. You can send 2 000 emails per inbox on Google Workspace, but if you do, I promess you'll land in spam in a matter of weeks. Sending limits and inbox placement are totally different.

It's a matter of engagement rate. Whatever you use, if you send 2000 emails per day from the same domain and you only get a few replies, openings, and worst, get some spam complaints it will result in a SUPER LOW engagement rate.

A super low engagement rate will result in landing in spam sooner or later, just a matter of time as engagement now is a very strong factor to score your sending reputation and in turn, influence where your emails land.

But in 2022, you can "hack" your engagement rate by using tools like Mailreach, Folderly, etc to generate engagement on your activity.

That being said, and like I said earlier on this forum, using Google Workspace and Office 365 to send cold emails is optimal for deliverability, because it reproduces a human behavior.

But between Google Workspace and Office 365, Google Workspace is better, because you'll encounter less issues as Microsoft is a pain in the *ss.

Thanks for your detailed response. In a case whereby you are sending cold mails from a mailbox that normally get replies/ engagements everyday, is there any further need to warm up the email?

I have read through your previous thread and you've stated the mail cap per day should be 200 maximum? I know this precaution is also to avoid mail landing in spam but i still think the engagement an email receives is based on its contents. You and i know that the contents a mail carries is key for engagement.

It all depends the volumes, if you have a mailbox with a lot of interactions, conversations with real people and you run a couple campaigns on the side with a low volume, you could skip doing email warming. But still, you take more risks. And the risk to have your normal emails landing in spam isn't worth taking it.

The content is key, but you can't predict how the recipients will react to your emails. If a certain % of your recipients mark you as spam, your deliverability will go down. Except if you have a very high volume of replies, openings, favorites, etc. But it's not very likely to happen when doing cold emailing.

Except if you sell something so important and loved by the world that you get a lot of engagement naturally. By experience, in 99% of the cases, it's not like that. Even if you're convinced by your offer. People's attention is very poor today, we receive too many ads / notifications, etc.

Sending emails is the easy part, make sure to hit the inbox is much harder and it gets harder each year, that's why email warming / Mailreach is game changing in cold emailing.

Thanks for your response. Is there a way we can talk privately? Maybe add me back so i can PM you or drop your TG so we can chat?

How do you properly do the warm-up?

I don't talk privately, I just come here sometimes to give some help on cold emailing and reaching the inbox.

But you can ask questions here, I come on BHW a couple times a month.

How do you properly do the warm-up?

I don't do it manually, it's too time consuming and less effective. Mailreach does that for me.

Use a warmup service like Mailreach. If you are on a tight budget you can use warmupinbox.

Make sure to warmup your inbox for 2 weeks before start sending cold emails.

I do warm-up for only 1 week and Everything is still good.
I tested different different warmup periods and 2 weeks warmup is better for long term results and maximum deliverability. If that is not your priority than 1 week can work to an extend.

Ok, I will try 2 weeks
