Mass Mailing Emails Tips

How long it usually last your warmup schedule if you dont mind me asking.

Two-three weeks, depending on volume being sent afterwards. If a client is only going to send 50/day I'd cut it to a week pre-warm and then 1 week mid-warm while they are emailing, I'd be sending to my own seeds as well to monitor.

Sent you a PM :)

hello,

i am interested if your offering the smtp service or the gsuite

I'm 95% sure Gmass allows it.

I've tried warmupinbox but that's pretty cheap compared to Mailreach. Their warm up is too basic.

The guys at Mailreach are really good cold emailers and their warmup is constantly getting better, they're passionate. Btw, their support is dope.

I can second this.

The guys at Mailreach are a huge help to our email campaigns and know everything there is to know about cold emailing.

Shatzyo, could you please send me a PM? Got a few questions for you and I can't send you a quick message at the moment

Sending 200k is not that much big list. We used to send daily 1M. You can use any web based system like Interspire or Mailwizz. But dont send email from port 25. Use 587 for the best result.
Which smtp can i use fir mass mailing ?

I prefer you create new smtp server instead of using 3rd party ESPs

Honestly, what's your average open rates with your flamethrower SMTPs ? :)

Maybe it's the best setup to send 1M emails per day. But if 80% of these land in spam, it's the worst setup.

I still don't understand why people are proud of sending 1M emails per day, we're not in 2001 guys.

Be proud of having high rates. High open rates, click rates, reply rates, lead rates => growth rates. Because you're sending emails to get growth most of the time, not to break the record of the maximum emails sent per day.

Having a big flamethrower / SMTP is the worst option in 90% of the cases in terms of deliverability.

You are absolutely correct but there is no connection between number of sending and open rate. If you have high spam rate even 1k emails also not worthy to send. Lot of other parameters involves in open rate and ctr

Of course there is a connection between the number of emails you send and your open rate.

Because there is a connection between your volume sent and your deliverability.

The more you send, the more you're likely to land in spam today.

This is why when you land in spam, pausing the campaigns for some time can help. But not each time, it depends how much you're affected.

The only way to maintain your deliverability while sending a lot of emails is to have A LOT of engagement on your emails. And it has to be proportional.

If you send 100k per day and only have 1% open rate, click rate, etc. It sends the signal that your emails don't interest anyone => spam => shitty open rate => shitty results => you send more emails to compensate => even more shitty results => etc.

So you are saying Google/Yahoo/Hotmail will check open rate and treat it either spam or inbox?. I never heard as this and I am from 2010 in this industry(sorry don't take wrong way there are lot of other sr guys also here, just want to share that I am not new guy) What I knew if we have spam rate for even 1000 emails being sent. ESP will treat it as spam and there is only greylist, blacklist and whitelist and pausing campaign will give good open rate is new learning for me bro

Thanks

The engagement rates of your inbox / domain play a huge role. This is exactly why warm up tools work, because they help get the engagement needed to improve / maintain the reputation.

I guess it depends on what you consider good/bad in terms of results.

One of the mailers I used to work with, literally 99% of his messages went straight to junk/spam. He knew it, I knew it, we all knew it, However, he was sending millions of piece of data daily and making $800-$1K daily.

Now he makes much more $ simply selling the weekly opener/clicker data (100,000+ openers weekly).

It's a skill within itself to even build out and handle that type of infrastructure, one thing I've learned in the mailing game is that data is the easy option, mailing it is the hard part which is the complete opposite problem to when I first got started and most people will face the same issue once they mail long enough. When you start out, you would literally kill to get good data, now I'd literally kill to be able to CONSISTENTLY mail it hahaha

Well what I knew engagement rule will apply if you have new domain /IP from non reputed DC as NS need time to warmup. At present I am hitting Inbox 90% within 24 for Gmail and yahoo. Problem is with Hotmail

The engagement rule applies all the time, not just at the beginning of the lifetime of your domain / address / IP.

You can do a proper warm up, then stop it, send mass emails and land in spam two weeks after.

And that's the case for most people actually. I have a lot of people telling me "I don't understand, I do everything right, I've warmed up my domain during one month, etc and I land in spam"..

The answer is simple : their engagement level drops..

This is why I personally warm constantly with mailreach to have a "linear engagement level"...

And yes hotmail can be tricky for deliverability sometimes. Outlook too actually..

Atomic Sender + SMTP which allows mass mailing.

what was the open rate like with his approach?

Totally agree! Email deliverability and the open rate is the key if they don't land in the inbox and nobody reads it, they are just wasting 1m emails.
