I have had good results with woodpecker, but dont know how many emails you need to send?Hi, there does anyone have any experience in sending mass emails and if yes what are the best tools, online email systems to be used? Thanking in advance for the help.
Im not sure if you can blast 200000 at once with woodpeaker, but I think its a great cold email tool. The amount of emails is around 200,000
Is this free? Thanks!Atomic Sender + SMTP which allows mass mailing.
Make sure your port 25 is open on your sending machine when you dont have SMTP.
Good luck
There are some useful solutions here in the marketplace as wellHi, there does anyone have any experience in sending mass emails and if yes what are the best tools, online email systems to be used? Thanking in advance for the help.
How can you keep deliverability high but email 200,000 people?!
@Shatzyo Interesting! but I think your method would work only with B2BAs I always say, the best setup to have great results (>70% open rate) is not by using custom SMTP / Mailwizz or other shitty big blasting tools.
I don't understand you guys of being proud to send 1M or 200k emails per day. It means nothing.
Sending 1M per day and having 5-10% open rate is a really bad result.
Do you wake up each morning to break the record of the highest number of emails sent ?
No. You wake up each morning to grow your business.
To get a badass growth, you need to have good email results.
To get good emails results, you need a solid email reputation / email deliverability.
And you don't have a great deliverability by sending that much emails, that sucks.
You get great results by acting human. A human does not send more than 200/300 emails per day per email address. A human uses a real email inbox and does not rotates IPs. A real human (who doesn't spam) has a high level of engagement on his emails. That means his emails get opened, clicked, marked as important, replied, removed from spam if needed.
Conclusion : send from Gmail / G Suite accounts, use MailShake to automate the sending, use Mailreach for your deliverability / open rates.
A part from MailShake, that's my setup and I get more than 70% open rate of average for each of my customers. I do this without having to spam all the planet.
@Shatzyo Interesting! but I think your method would work only with B2B
As B2C is a completely different animal, especially for an email marketer that work with Scraped/purchased Data and promote CPA/affiliate offers!
What do you think?
Sending cold emails for B2C is illegal in Europe, I don't take that risk anymore and there's way more cash to be made in B2B than in B2C.
Also, that's more difficult to maintain high open rates in B2C than in B2B.
But let's say you still wanna do B2C cold emailing, you'll get A LOT more results by sending "bulk personnalized human like emails" than sending hundreds of thousands of spammy emails.
I've done it in the past and it worked wonders.
Interesting! and I agree with you it's very difficult to maintain high open rates in B2C besides, as you know the complaint rate would be higher compared to B2B, that's why I asked you if your method would work with B2C.
I am just wondering what would be the ratio of warm emails to cold emails especially with B2C, I know that most services offer 40 to 50 of warm emails and you recommend to send 200 so the equation would be ( 50 + 150 ) for B2B, I guess the ratio should be changed if we send to B2C especially with affiliate offers, What do you think?
