Mass Mailing Emails Tips

As I always say, the best setup to have great results (>70% open rate) is not by using custom SMTP / Mailwizz or other shitty big blasting tools.

I don't understand you guys of being proud to send 1M or 200k emails per day. It means nothing.

Sending 1M per day and having 5-10% open rate is a really bad result.

Do you wake up each morning to break the record of the highest number of emails sent ?

No. You wake up each morning to grow your business.

To get a badass growth, you need to have good email results.

To get good emails results, you need a solid email reputation / email deliverability.

And you don't have a great deliverability by sending that much emails, that sucks.

You get great results by acting human. A human does not send more than 200/300 emails per day per email address. A human uses a real email inbox and does not rotates IPs. A real human (who doesn't spam) has a high level of engagement on his emails. That means his emails get opened, clicked, marked as important, replied, removed from spam if needed.

Conclusion : send from Gmail / G Suite accounts, use MailShake to automate the sending, use Mailreach for your deliverability / open rates.

A part from MailShake, that's my setup and I get more than 70% open rate of average for each of my customers. I do this without having to spam all the planet.
Hello, please send me PM, i can't do that because your profile is private. I really need to get in contact with you. Thanks!

I guess it depends on what you consider good/bad in terms of results.

One of the mailers I used to work with, literally 99% of his messages went straight to junk/spam. He knew it, I knew it, we all knew it, However, he was sending millions of piece of data daily and making $800-$1K daily.

Now he makes much more $ simply selling the weekly opener/clicker data (100,000+ openers weekly).

It's a skill within itself to even build out and handle that type of infrastructure, one thing I've learned in the mailing game is that data is the easy option, mailing it is the hard part which is the complete opposite problem to when I first got started and most people will face the same issue once they mail long enough. When you start out, you would literally kill to get good data, now I'd literally kill to be able to CONSISTENTLY mail it hahaha
Could you please send me PM? I'm very interested to talk with you, have some offer for you

I enjoyed every bit of info on these thread. Will take note of most stuff whenever i get into email marketting.

Any mass email application hosted on your server will do + a reliable SMTP or build your own SMTP or have an expert build you a custom SMTP (the last SMTP option is better if you plan to send 500k+ emails per month).

Hi, how many cold emails can be sent from a Gmail/ Gsuite per day?

Nothing wrong with a custom built email server with Mailwizz on. I do it all the time for my clients (Not on BHW but Upwork) who want a cheap solution that works well.

What risks should someone know about when setting up their own SMTP? Specifically around sending 5k spam compliant cold emails per day?

No 1 rule is "always clean your email list" to avoid bounces.
2. Warm up your IP address or server.
3. Configure DKIM, SPF, MX properly in your DNS manager.
3. Never send cold emails from your main domain name. Have a dedicated domain name + email address to send from.

Provided you're following can-spam rules & your server doesn't get hacked - is the only other real concern ending up on IP blacklists?

Of course, unless People reports you by marking as spam etc. This is why you should also give the option for people to unsubscribe from your list. Treat your email leads/prospects as real human as possible. And don't be salesy in your cold email copy.

Based on vast amount of data from industry experts (you may want to google), what works best is a warm introduction embedded with personalization and ask for a video/phone call genuinely. Too much work, but it converts better.

Gotcha. Do you offer a service to set this up for people & help them implement it?

any tips on how not to land in the spam folder most of the time ? i don't even send that much just about 200 per day
If you would follow what's already mentioned in the thread, most of the measure are already taken care of. Since you are not sending that much per day. I think it's just fine.

Is there anybody here who has proper experience in spamming or can teach how to do it and get results?

The main thing is not to do mailings from donors. Do not create problems for site owners

What do you think about getting 20 accounts on Gmass?

I mean you can send 10000 emails secured each day, and SMTP that is being used is directly from Gmail.

Please let me know what you think.
