Marketing/Promoting a game

Hello Bruce and thank you for your message it was a very helpful one.

That is exactly right and this is why i asked in the first place because you see dump games being the sought after while the real games are lacking interests.

It will be great if we managed to collaborate on this game of mine. I’m sure you will be a great effect on it.

the same goes to all who replied here, they amazingly helped with my decision and if this game becomes something, you will be rewarded with the access to all the features ;)
It will be a pleasure to help you. Im more used to C# as i work with it constantly but still i can give u a hand with c++ and java.

I use Unity, i started made android apps not so long ago but as its in csharp, its not really difficult its just a bunch of other libraries.

If you got questions on code ill try to help you my best.

Good luck with your project!

Hello Bruce. Thank you so much for your help. It will be my pleasure, working on this project with your help. I’m currently using construct 3 with a friend’s guidance. As I am new and still learning, and the idea is just a bit difficult to execute. C++ is a beast that I tried to learn before but couldn’t, and seeing the game being made with C++ would be more than great! But it will be very difficult for me to do. And hiring someone will cost.

C++, C# you basically have superpowers hahah. Those are an amazing skills.

I will keep you posted Bruce on any obstacle i encounter. And also I will share with you the concept of the idea and what is best for it. By any chance do you have Snapchat? It’s strangely the only platform I use.

Do not spend money on marketing, it's not worth it, unless you can spend 10s thousands of dollars per month to place the app above everyone on the rankings.

Your best bet is to go the ASO route, where you create games based on the perceived competition rather than for an idea.
This is bold claim can you share your success with aso only? how many users do you get per day with aso and no paid traffic?

Build a MVP and validate your idea, there are some marketing methods that will keep users coming to your app also try with IAP, ads, etc to monetize your app you'll have to find the method that gives you the best results.

Create an app version of the game, list the game on Google Playstore and then run effective Google Ads app promotion campaigns. Ths is the best possible way to market and "grow" a game.

is this still working for you? I had an app that was getting 1-2 cents per install on tier 3 countries in 2018 ;

now I've tried to run the same campaign again and the ad structure has changed, plus costs have risen to 18 cents (9x). Any tips?

Hey there! We can offer you a great solution to monetise your app using our SDK. get in touch for more details :)

Hello, create a website for the game, and create social media profiles on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Use these platforms to showcase the game, post updates, and interact with potential players.
