I contact with Velvet Ads who were in the tylero signature, and they said that they will manage my ads on Google with $300 setup fee, so I send to him the amount and send another $500 for ad spend.

He was telling me that he faced problems with top-up and need more money.

We discussed a lot, and I asked for refund and her refused, then he told me that he will bought BTC and send them to me.

When I told him I'm going to tell BHW, he says that he can't do anything, just wait for 6 days,

And now it was more than 6 days, so as I was expected, he is a scammer.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I waited for 6 days, as he asked. And give him 24 hours before submit the dispute.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?

As you stated CLEARLY yourself, you NEVER contacted me for this deal but the person advertising on my signature. I am still analyzing the details of this case, as I am a third party in it. I will post an exhaustive reply after I finished working on getting a sufficient analysis and understanding of what happened.

Honorable Ladies and Gentlemen of Blackhatworld,

We are here today to discuss a sum of eight hundred dollars.

A very very very big amount, for sure.

But more importantly, we are here to discuss a much costlier commodity: JUSTICE OR FAIRNESS OR THAT THING MAKES YOU STILL HAVE HOPE IN HUMANITY.

And I do not use that word lightly. I use it because we are teetering on the edge of a precipice where emotion replaces logic, and where the victim of a crime is asked to compensate... another victim of that same crime.


Let us look at the facts. They are stubborn things, facts.

I, tylero, am a Jr. VIP. I possess a digital billboard—my signature space. A piece of real estate on this forum. I rented this space to an individual known as TheVelvetAds. I did not vouch for his soul; I rented him a wall.

The claimant, maramcpa, saw a link. He clicked it. UNPROMPTED. UNSOLICITED. WITHOUT ANY DIRECT CALL TO ACTION. He left the safety and security of BlackHatWorld. He traveled into the Wild West of Telegram. He engaged in a transaction with TheVelvetAds WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR ANY FORM OF CONVERSATION. He sent money to a wallet that is not mine. He conversed with a person who is not me. And when that stranger turned out to be a thief in the night, maramcpa returned to the scene of the advertisement and demanded that the billboard owner pay for the stolen goods.

This is preposterous.

If I rent a billboard on the highway to Ford, and they sell you a car that explodes, do you sue the billboard company? If a newspaper prints an advertisement for a local contractor who takes your deposit and flees to Mexico, does the New York Times cut you a check? If a dropshipper buys an ad on GOOGLE and Google promotes him on YouTube, Search Results, and on big name AdSense publishers like The Guardian, Tech Crunch, Search Engine Land etc and fails to ship customer products to those who buy them, would customers hold Google responsible?

We all know the answer.

The answer is a BIG FAT NO.

Because that is not how liability works. That is not how commerce works. And that is certainly not how this forum should work.

I. Maramcpa's BIG FAT Failure to do Due Diligence​

BlackHatWorld has rules. It has safeguards. So many beautiful and useful guides and posts and threads, all saying the same thing: CAVEAT EMPTOR (Buyer Beware). These guide and these rules demand that a buyer DM the seller on the forum before engaging in transactions. Why? To establish identity. To create a paper trail.

maramcpa NEVER DID THIS. He BYPASSED ME, walked past BHW, and wandered into a dark alley on Telegram with TheVelvetAds. He handed over $800 without a single message to me on this platform to verify the service.

He was GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. And while he was a victim—just like I was—his negligence CANNOT become my debt. You cannot insure yourself against your own lack of due diligence by billing the bystander who you NEVER SAID hello to.

II. The Absence of Receipt or CONVERSATIONS ON BLACKHATWORLD OR TELEGRAM INVOLVING ME DIRECTLY​

Let us speak of the money. I did not receive it. maramcpa knows this. In the evidence provided—in the very chats submitted—he admits, "that dude is not you."

In another now deleted conversation on Telegram with me directly (after he was scammed), he told me that he BELIEVED ME, and instructed me to remove the guy's signature banner, which I did immediately. He also told me that another person scammed him on Blackhatworld (and that's confirmed from his profile activity).

He knows I am not the scammer. He knows I did not touch a penny of that $800. Yet, he demands I pay it even when history has revealed blatantly that HE IS FOND OF NOT TAKING THE LEAST PRECAUTION when dealing with sellers. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!.

This is INJUSTICE of the highest order. It's heartbreaking to be accused and FORCED to pay the money I NEVER TOOK.

To force me to refund money I never received is not restitution; it is EXTORTION. It is robbing Peter to pay Paul. It SOLVES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and the only one BEING HARMED is me.
