With the @BassTrackerBoats permission.He is in his day's off today.
So.
I want to intervene in this dispute to clarify something.
Forum members are allowed to buy or rent their signature space. It is the responsibility of the account holder and signature owner to ensure that the service they advertise in their signature space is functional.
We've made this clear in previous similar disputes, and I want to reiterate it to raise awareness among members.

Your signature, your responsibility.
With this being said, @tylero you are responsible of your signature space and for the services promoted there.

All your evidence messages have been carefully read and analyzed. Please do not post in this thread again until the refund has been processed.
The decision in this dispute has already been made.

You are liable and to resolve this dispute favorably, you have less than 24 hours to issue a refund to the user @maramcpa
Was @tylero promoting a bst or an outside of the forum service?

An enterprise outside of the forum.
Could an administrator please provide clarification on the policy arising from this decision? Specifically, what is the standard of due diligence now required of Jr. VIP members regarding the services they advertise in their paid signature spaces, and confirm the forum now enforce financial liability for fraud that originates from these paid mechanisms? Guidance on this updated policy would be appreciated by all Jr. VIPs.

From Tylero's interaction with the other party, it's obvious that the person is planning on scamming. But Tylero didn't seem to care probably out of gread. Dude even offered to sell their BHW account. I think they get what they deserve.
@maramcpa sorry for your loss.

As stated many times, talk to the person you're going to let rent your signature. Don't just rent it to any joe blow that comes along and wants to throw a few bucks in your direction, ESPECIALLY if they want you to further use your membership to advertise for them.

That's it. Simple common sense.
