Hey everyone,

I'm thinking of making a Manga aggregator website.
I have all the things figured out, like VPS hosting, cloud storage, CDN, auto-uploading, etc.

So my questions are:
1. How many visitors can I expect to in the initial few months and how much revenue can I expect?
2. If I'm making an investment of $300 for the initial setup, will I be able to recover it in six months?
3. Is the revenue worth it, or should I invest that in some other project?

Regards.

Edit: I'm looking at ad revenue only, and most likely banner and native ads .

There is really no way to answer this question. You could have 0 visitors for 6 months, or you could have 1 million users in 6 months. How are you planning to monetize this? Will you be using ads or a subscription model? if you will be using ads take a look at the network you will use and try and find what the average cpm is, and then you can get a better idea.

I will use ads only (Banner and native most likely, and not pop-up ads to improve UX) . And as for networks, I have shortlisted some of them from other similar websites that I found.
For number of visitors, I have not idea at all. I'll try to gain traction from social forums, discord, etc. but I don't know how effective will that be.
How much do newer/ lesser known websites usually earn in revenue and total monthly visits/ active users? (I just want it to be a passive thing only.)
