hey :) thanks for taking the time to help
me and some friends started making games with the hope of leaving our slave jobs
the route were trying to go is making a bunch of profitable enough hypercasual mobile games to allow us to quit our jobs and start working on bigger projects.
is anyone here doing this? how prifitable is it? do you have any tips for us? anything will be appreciated, were total newbies.

also
we've now finalizing a game, its pretty satisfying and the reactions from friends have been pretty good, but we haven't done any real audience testing.
were thinking of going with tiktok as our main form of advertising. do you have any other recommendations?

Run fb ads for 3 days and check D1 retention and playtime. For hyper casual you need 45%+ D1 and 15m+ play time. It doesn't matter if you like the game or not.

If your D1 is okay check d7 and cpi. Cpi depends on the visuals. Check out your competitors ads and try something similar.

What tool do you suggest for these types of insights? Ty.

Firebase can does the job quite good. If you want to measure by traffic sources you can use Appsflyer. Unity analytics is good as well for retention.

Oh Jesus, your thread got me trigger man........I cant take this job any more

I just release my first app on google play, now am waiting for admob ads approval and boom. I have to do heavy promotion & stuff for install.
Now am looking to another one that will be way better in term of game play & graphics. Yo I get so annoy at some client at work sometime and its not even their fault, I reached my limit working for people.

Good luck,

i feel you man, i wish you a quick escape into freedom.
i recently switched from a customer service job to an office job, and even tho its still a slave job, its such a big difference.
if you're even a little techy (which i assume you are because you were able to publish an app) you could probably get a job which doesn't have customers involved. its such a life upgrade, i guarantee it

Use resourses of monetization of your apps.
I can suggest you SDK, for example
