Making money from ai videos.

Would be possible to make ai videos and then claim them with a CMS? And then post that ai videos with other videos like split screen and make money with the revenue from the CMS. Or wouldn't be possible? I can see midd 6 fig opportunity a month

It all seems a bit dubious. The peak video from AI cannot justify itself. It is possible to do 5 seconds for free, but there is no point in paying for an unclear result.

interesting idea, but claiming ai-generated content through a cms can get tricky. unless you fully own the rights and it’s 100% original (no reused assets, voices, or music), youtube’s content ID and cms rules might flag it. posting split-screen with other vids also enters a grey area, could work short-term, but risky long-term if it’s not transformative enough. the opportunity’s there, for sure, but you'd need to make sure everything’s clean IP-wise. anyone here tried this method at scale and actually pulled it off safely?

AI-Generated Content & CMS: YouTube's CMS and Content ID are designed for protecting original intellectual property with proven ownership. AI-generated content, especially if it lacks clear licensing, typically won't qualify for Content ID claims unless you have strong documentation proving it's fully original and commercially licensed.

Split-Screen / Compilation Strategy: Combining AI videos with other content in split-screen or commentary formats may fall under fair use visually, but monetizing them via CMS or Content ID would be highly problematic unless all content (AI + non-AI) is 100% owned or cleared for commercial use.

Risk of CMS Suspension: Trying to monetize AI content through a CMS — especially if you submit it as original for Content ID — could lead to CMS revocation or even termination. YouTube has been tightening the rules around misuse after cases like MediaMuv and large-scale fraudulent claims.

I fully understand that CMS access requires clear ownership and full compliance with YouTube’s guidelines. My idea was more about exploring how far we can push original AI content — scripted, voiced, and styled from scratch — to the point where it could qualify as CMS-manageable material.

Of course, I wouldn't mix in third-party content without clearance. But I'm definitely interested in building a pipeline for fully original, high-volume AI productions that could scale within platform rules.
