Making a living with youtube?

I don't think so I have a channel with over 36 000 subsribers and 200 000 daily views, I have been invited by at least 20 networks and I have never even thought about singing up...

Big question though, what did you do to get your channel started when it is at 0 views and 0 subscribers?

You get your channel started like any other way, set it up so that it looks professional and pretty (if needed). Just don't throw up videos without decking out the channel first.
