Making a entertainment site with others video

Hey good people,
I have an idea, but donno how to execute it properly.
I wanna make an entertaining site.
Content would be Facebook funny videos, jokes comics, etc. (Most of us loves fun..)
I want to share them on my site and provide them credit.
And promote my site a lot, to get decent visitors and monitize them.
Now could you please share, what should be the possibile problem that I might face and how to overcome it?
However, the most concerning issue is sharing others content.
How can I cope up with them?
And also please share some monitizing methods.
Does Google approves such site for Adsense?
