Now, before anyone says anything be aware that you are in a blackhat forum, in the blackhat section, and this is a blackhat method.
This method takes time and a little bit of funding, but has some serious payoff. I have sold a few dozen sites so far and have racked in over $18,000 in the last 4 months from this method... or in other words $50,000 by year end at this rate with this method alone.
The whole purpose of this method is to grab insane amounts of traffic and artificially boosting a separate website/websites you plan on selling.
1. First, you have to create a number of forum sites. Create at least 2 to get yourself started. The more you have the more money you will make. Have each forum be genre specific. So like...video games, movies, marketing, mommy forum, finance...etc. And of course you will have to grab domains for each forum you create.
2. You are going to have to grab a list of forums for that specific niche you are creating your forum for. Example: if you choose "video games", then you will have to search for something like "video game forums" and grab a list of those forums. There are 2 ways to rank on Big G, either with quality content OR large amounts of content. So grab AS MUCH content from these forums as you possibly can....meaning 400 posts, 500 posts...the more the better - the more post you grab = more traffic you have to work with.
3. Next, paste this in the footer of your forum - it will help ping your site: http://pastebin.com/4s1sNuCn
4. Within a few days, these forum pages will start getting within search engines and you'll begin receiving traffic. When this happens, it's time to start creating the sites you are wanting to sell. When deciding on a type of site you want to sell, it's crucial that it's not some type of product or money-making website. Create a page that doesn't make money, such as a blog, url shortener, downloads site...etc.
5. After you have your selling sites completed and looking professional with good content on them, it's time to start getting traffic to these sites. This is actually quite simple. Just add a number of iframes into your forums and direct them to your selling sites. For example, if your forum is getting 200 hits a day, you can place in 4 iframes and now your selling sites are getting 800 hits a day.

7. Now that your selling sites are getting traffic, let them sit for 3 months while your alexa ranking grows and to let your Google Analytics show positive traffic flow. After 3 months, start selling your sites on Flippa (there is also a 90-day transfer limit for domains due to ICANN. So you have to hang on to a domain for a minimum of 3 months before selling it/transferring it). Although the sites are only a few months old and don't bring in revenue, just the pure fact that they are getting constant traffic and you have proof of it will start the bidding into the $100's. My lowest sold site was $240 and my highest was just over $2,000.
Although it does take time and isn't a quick flip, once you start going you are able to have a new site sell every week (more if you have the time and money). Remember, the more forums you have, the broader your range is, and the more posts you have, the more traffic you will get.
After the sale, it's also important that you don't remove the traffic right away or else the new buyer will get suspicious. Wait a month or so and then start taking down the traffic.

Because of various comments below, here is an additional to this "tutorial".
White hat SEO is considered ethical, while black hat SEO is considered unethical. Gray hat SEO walks the line between the white and black hats.
Now, take it or leave it. But if you need traffic, this is the simplest way to obtain it. If you don't like the method, then change it up and do a redirect which is more gray-hat. Here's a script to redirect a certain percentage of traffic to the page: http://pastebin.com/hBNTe1su
Now you have "ethical" since it's legit traffic. Not a whole lot different then if you were building of the site using "spam" software like BMD or Senuke.
Now, before someone says "well that bookmarking will help that site while the traffic redirection won't". Actually it won't help by any means. You have a better chance at ranking a site with massive traffic and no backlinks then you do with no traffic and tons of backlinks. Big G gives more weight on traffic then it does pointless backlinking.
