how anyone can make a deal with dubai.

prepare a project idea. my idea is bitcoin mining opportunity for dubai. create an apointment with dubai they add you on a schedule to interview you. the offer based on me is a 3 billion dollar investment on bitcoin mining rigs. it`s a skyscraper filled with gpu mining rigs.

3,000,000,000 dollars divided by gpu price 2,198 each equals 1,364,877 GPUs of 24 GB each

the GPUs make 732,932 dollars a day, to get the money back it takes 4,093 days or 11 years. the gpus can last 20 years so it makes double profit of 6 billion in 20 years.

the gpus are hosted on a dubai skyscrapper, with state of the art air conditioning and a super control room

you could create another plan if you dont like bitcoin mining. it has to be an ambitious invention, like the titanic. super luxurious is the best option, dubai likes luxury and technology. create something in autocad for 5 years then make a deal with dubai. you need powerpoint and 3d rendered videos to demonstrate the idea. must be luxurious and state of the art. add very expensive options that`s something they go for

dubai likes technology, they will buy it if it`s breakthrough-ish
what can you sell:

you can sell them a brain technlology that works like virtual reality.
you can sell a transportation futuristic system, electricity based
you can sell a satellite technology (software based product)
you can sell a cutting edge building design, even taller than before
you can sell a futuristic computer desktop, that pushes further the computer limits
you can sell advanced smart furniture to match their real estate luxury
you can sell ideas about products, from electronics to vehicle electric engines
you can sell advanced oil pump drilling technlology to better extract the oil, it can be patented design
you can sell a system of hologramic displays on dubai streets
you can build a shopping center that can be gigantic and luxurious (state of the art)
you can sell a satellite concept like a satellite that can control weather with software, controls rain and snow and clouds formations
you can sell something totally futuristic like a movie concept, an apparatus that can heal wounds like in the movie elysium
you can sell a plan to build a huge nvidia facility as an affiliate (borrow nvidia) to mass produce GPUs, with a capacity of 100,000 GPUs a day

Do u have connection people from Dubai ? I have a project with Logistic project. My bussiness goes on here .
 
When you have 3 Billion $ you don't need that many GPU's you can go with nuclear plant if more budget collider fusion center too.
