By the way, the average return on the S&P 500 is about 10% per year.

When you consider it together with the cost of building the skyscraper, maintaining the GPUs, keeping everything cold where the temperature is among the highest on earth, and replacing faulty and out-of-date GPUs (you have to have more computing power than other miners to mine anything). It makes one of the most horrible business ideas.

If you can't beat the return of the S&P, your business idea is a waste of time, energy, and money.
 
Dubai, UAE ? The most unstable place to do any business. The ruling monarch's family can and does change any of it's emirate's & country's rules and laws SUDDENLY as per their whims & fancies. The government (monarch's family) can and does confiscate anything they wish anytime. And most of such "adventures" of theirs does not come out in the media. And no one can do anything about it, because the law, the courts there are all directly under the supervision of the monarch's families.
Such ideas such as OP has posted, are a dime a dozen. Good enough just to be "appreciated" ONLY on paper.
I also have an awesome plan. Let us gather investors to start a new space tech company. We will then be the first to land on Jupiter and will will colonize planet Jupiter and start to sell land on planet Jupiter. Investors can easily 20X their investments within 12 to 18 months.

mars is better especially because we can create a water cycle on it with satellites. we can create rain, snow, ice storms, tornadoes with a satellite micro wave tool or a laser. we can control the weather with satellites. satellites cost $150–$400 million each. you can make 1 billion on udemy then buy a satellite to create water cycle on mars

I also hate the be the bearer of bad news but your whole plan from the begginging is totally flawed along with your estimates and maths.

you don’t mine Bitcoin with GPUS

you use ASIC miners.

you haven’t even considered the basics let alone what happens when you try rip “Dubai” of for 3 billion.

Give it a rest mate if somebody with as low intelligence as you could convince “Dubai” to give you 3 billion dollars then somebody like me who at least uses half his brain would be a trillionaire already.

nice way to get your post count up tho. Now get back to the drawing board and think of something that is physically possible this time.

dubai doesnt know this opportunity, you can specialize in bitcoin mining before you join dubay to make a deal
