When you consider it together with the cost of building the skyscraper, maintaining the GPUs, keeping everything cold where the temperature is among the highest on earth, and replacing faulty and out-of-date GPUs (you have to have more computing power than other miners to mine anything). mars is better especially because we can create a water cycle on it with satellites. we can create rain, snow, ice storms, tornadoes with a satellite micro wave tool or a laser. we can control the weather with satellites. satellites cost $150–$400 million each. you can make 1 billion on udemy then buy a satellite to create water cycle on mars

what can you sell:

you can sell them a brain technlology that works like virtual reality.
you can sell a transportation futuristic system, electricity based
you can sell a satellite technology (software based product)
you can sell a cutting edge building design, even taller than before
you can sell a futuristic computer desktop, that pushes further the computer limits
you can sell advanced smart furniture to match their real estate luxury
you can sell ideas about products, from electronics to vehicle electric engines
you can sell advanced oil pump drilling technlology to better extract the oil, it can be patented design
you can sell a system of hologramic displays on dubai streets
you can build a shopping center that can be gigantic and luxurious (state of the art)
you can sell a satellite concept like a satellite that can control weather with software, controls rain and snow and clouds formations
you can sell something totally futuristic like a movie concept, an apparatus that can heal wounds like in the movie elysium
you can sell a plan to build a huge nvidia facility as an affiliate (borrow nvidia) to mass produce GPUs, with a capacity of 100,000 GPUs a day
